Experiment with painting tools and tempera to create an abstract work of art. Explore different kinds of lines, shapes, patterns, and textures inspired by the paintings of Emma Amos, Norman Lewis, Miriam Shapiro, and others on view in the exhibition New York: 1962-1964.

Explore new themes monthly in these drop-in art workshops. Paint, draw, sculpt, or craft a work of art inspired by exhibitions on view. 

Free with Museum Admission; children 18 and under are free.
